You know who is awesome? I am awesome. I managed to cut my leg open on a bed. A BED. Seriously, you guys, only me :|

I also went to see a doctor about my tonsillitis today, which I failed to do a week ago when it actually started. I got a prescription for what is probably the most expensive syrup on the market. Wtf, seriously.

I also sneaked a peak at my medical record, according to which the last time I was sick was in 2004. There are two entries after that: a referral to a sports medicine doctor in 2006 and bruised ribs in 2007. For some reason I find this very amusing. Tonsillitis, not so much.

Who wants to write me some porn to make it better? D:

Tonsillitis sucks, I got it a lot as a kid, because we couldn't afford to get my tonsils removed. It stopped completely for about 8 years, and for the past 2-3 years I've had it at least 3 times, and couldn't even go to the doctor about it. What medicine did they foist upon you?

Well! I self-administered a packet of antibiotics first. Which, according to my doctor, turned out to be a good move even if she doesn't know I hadn't seen any doctor about it first. My roommate gets tonsillitis like, ten times a year and her meds supply is truly amazing, so. What I got prescription for now is some anti-inflammatory syrup that tastes like ass :/

My life, so hard.
